1. Scope of Services

2. Service Delivery
We are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients in a timely manner:

Logo Designing: Delivery within 3 business days after all necessary information is provided by the client.

Social Media Management: Execution and initial content delivery within the agreed-upon timeframe (varies per package).

Graphic Designing: Delivery of designs within 3 business days after receiving the brief from the client.
In case of any unforeseen delays, we will notify the client promptly and provide an updated timeline for service completion.

3. Payment Terms

No Advance Payment: Social Dino does not require advance payment for services rendered.

Payment upon Delivery: Payment is due upon satisfactory delivery of the service(s). Full payment must be made before the final files or access to services are provided to the client.

4. Revisions and Additional Charges

Initial Revisions: Each service includes one (1) round of revisions free of charge, provided that the revisions are within the scope of the original brief.

Additional Revisions: Any additional changes or modifications beyond the initial round of revisions will incur extra charges, which will be communicated to the client before work proceeds.

Scope Creep: Any changes to the original project brief that significantly alter the scope of the project will be treated as a new service request and priced accordingly.

5. Client Responsibilities

Timely Communication: Clients are expected to provide all necessary information and feedback in a timely manner to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

Approval Process: Once the service is delivered, the client must provide approval or request revisions within one (1) business days. Failure to respond within this timeframe will be considered as approval, and the project will be marked as complete.

6. Ownership of Deliverables

Upon receipt of full payment, the client will own the final deliverables. Social Dino reserves the right to use non-confidential work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Confidentiality
Social Dino will maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information provided by the client during the course of the project. This includes, but is not limited to, business information, design briefs, and client data.

8. Termination of Services

Social Dino reserves the right to terminate services at any time if the client fails to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement, including but not limited to non-payment or unprofessional conduct.

The client may also terminate the agreement at any time, provided that all outstanding payments for services rendered are settled.

9. Liability
Social Dino is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

11. Amendments
Social Dino reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
